Kitchen Nightmares Series Finale

The series finale of Kitchen Nightmares will air Friday, September 12th at 9pm on Fox.  During this special episode, Gordon Ramsay will be revisiting some of the worst restaurants that have appeared on the show.

On this episode, Gordon will be visiting La Galleria(season 6) in Boston, MA to see if owners Rita and Lisa have kept up with his improvements.  Gordon also visits the Olde Hitching Post (season 6) in Hanson, MA to see if the owner Tom gave control of the restaurant to his daughter Andrea.

Another restaurant Gordon revisits is Prohibition Gastropub (season 6) in Everett, Washington.  The owner Rishi was a professional belly dancer, and he wants to see if she has given up dancing to focus on running the restaurant.

Kitchen Nightmares Comes To An End

Photo - Fox
Gordon Ramsay has announced that both the US and UK versions of Kitchen Nightmares will be ending after he is complete filming the final four episodes for the UK version.  In a statement on Gordon Ramsay's website, he states:
As filming comes to a close on the latest series of Kitchen Nightmares I've decided to stop making the show.

I'm currently filming 4 new episodes, Costa Del Nightmares, for Channel 4 which will be my last. I've had a phenomenal 10 years making 123 episodes, 12 seasons, shot across 2 continents, watched by tens of millions of people and sold to over 150 countries. It’s been a blast but it's time to call it a day.

Starting in 2004 this was the show that really propelled my TV career and I'm very grateful for the amazing team behind the series and for the support from the viewers for almost over a decade! From the first episode which aired in April 2004 with over 5 million viewers we're now 12 seasons later and it's been an amazing journey. In 2007 we took the show to America on Fox and they've just finished airing series 7 this summer. During this time I've visited over 100 restaurants, meeting and trying to help or in some cases failing to help, some of the most weird and wonderful people. Of course Amy's Baking Company is a standout along with Bonaparte's but there were good times too; the lovely sisters at La Galleria and Momma Cherri's to name but two.

I'd like to thank you all for being so supportive. I'm glad I've been able to entertain and hopefully help a few people along the way. It's sad to say goodbye to Kitchen Nightmares but I'll be continuing with my other shows. It's been memorable!  Thank you for watching.

- Gordon

Kitchen Nightmares Bella Luna Update - Closed Already

On tonight's episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay is in Easton, PA to help out Bella Luna Ristorante.  The restaurant is being run by a mother and her son.  The mother has no restaurant experience and does not want to take blame for anything.  They claim they are using fresh ingredients, when most of them are frozen.  Finally, when Gordon goes into the walk in refrigerator, he finds tons of rotten food.

Kitchen Nightmares visited Bella Luna Ristorante back in July of 2013 to film the episode, and I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Bella Luna Ristorane to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Gordon Ramsay visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Kitchen Nightmares):

Kitchen Nightmares - Zayna Flaming Grill Update

On tonight's episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay is in Redondo Beach, CA to help out the restaurant Zayna Flaming Grill.  The restaurant is a family-owned Mediterranean restaurant which is plagued by internal struggles and food that is not up to standards.  Also, there is an Aunt and a niece running the restaurant, but the Aunt does not trust anyone but herself.

Kitchen Nightmares visited Zayna Flaming Grill back in August of 2013 to film the episode, and I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Zayna Flaming Grill to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Gordon Ramsay visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Kitchen Nightmares):

Kitchen Nightmares - Mangia Mangia Update

On tonight's episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay is in Woodland Park, Colorado to help out the restaurant Mangia Mangia.  The restaurant has been open since 2009 in a location that once was a fast food restaurant.  The restaurant is said to have bad Italian food and the owner Julie threatens to walk out during the makeover.  Previews of the episode are calling this episode "ridiculous" "dramatic" and "crazy," so the owner will probably be a character.  Probably not as crazy as the infamous Amy of Amy's Baking Company, but we will see.

Kitchen Nightmares visited Mangia Mangia back in August of 2013 to film the episode, and I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Mangia Mangia to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Gordon Ramsay visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Kitchen Nightmares):

Kitchen Nightmares - Kati Allo Update

In the second part of tonight's Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay is in Flushing, New York to help out a Greek restaurant called Kati Allo.  The restaurant is owned by a husband and wife whose marriage is falling apart due to problems at the restaurant.  The husband bought the restaurant about 14 years ago without consulting his wife first and they have been struggling recently.

Kitchen Nightmares visited Kati Allo back in July 2013 to film the episode, and I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Kati Allo to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Gordon Ramsay visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Kitchen Nightmares):

Kitchen Nightmares - Old Neighborhood Restaurant Update

In the first part of tonight's Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay is in Arvada, Colorado to help out The Old Neighborhood Restaurant.  Owners Alexa and Randy are husband and wife, and actually worked at the restaurant in college.  The preview of the episode is claiming that it is one of the dirtiest restaurants in the series history, and Gordon encounters rat droppings, dirt, grease, and garbage.

Kitchen Nightmares visited The Old Neighborhood Restaurant all the way back in July 2013 to film the episode, and I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Old Neighborhood to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Gordon Ramsay visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Kitchen Nightmares):

Kitchen Nightmares - Pantaleone's Update

Photo - Twitter
Tonight on the season 7 premiere of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay is first heading to the infamous Amy's Baking Company to revisit their restaurant.  With the media sensation that Amy and Samy became, you had to know Kitchen Nightmares would be back to capitalize on that.

In the 2nd part of the episode, Gordon is in Denver, Colorado to try to help out a pizza place called Pantaleone's.  Pantaleone's is supposedly stuck in the past as they claim they are the best pizza in Denver, and have a review from the 1980's to prove that.

Kitchen Nightmares visited Pantaleone's all the way back in July 2013 to film the episode, and I searched around the Internet to read stories, comments and reviews about Pantaleone's to get an idea of how the restaurant is doing since Gordon Ramsay visited, and here is what I found (note - all reviews are post Kitchen Nightmares):
