The Park Restaurant & Bar - 24 Hours to Hell and Back Update

On tonight's episode of 24 Hours to Hell and Back, Gordon Ramsay is in Oak Park, California to try to save The Park Restaurant & Bar.  The Park Restaurant & Bar is a gastrobpub owned by Angelika Baran and her husband Kirin Stone who tragically lost their home in the Woolsey fire in 2018.  Gordon Ramsay needs to turn the restaurant around to help both Angelika's restaurant and family survive.  Rob Gronkowski is a special guest on this episode as a decoy so Gordon Ramsay can experience the food and issues first hand.

Let's take a look at some information, reviews, and updates for The Park Restaurant & Bar since 24 Hours to Hell and Back and Gordon Ramsay made all of the changes to the restaurant (note - all reviews are post-makeover).

Positive Reviews:

  • "My husband and I went here for Valentine's Day and it was such a treat! Staff were friendly, food was amazing, and they had live music. We got the tomahawk steak and mac & cheese. 10/10."
  • "Food is always amazing . Try the hot chicken sandwich and any pizza or the meatballs, burgers ahi poke I could go on and on . You won't be disappointed. As far as those negative reviews, the singer of their friends band never showed . So don't expect a company to pay a full fee for a partial band k. Just saying. This place is Always so much fun on Friday and Saturday nights. Great music great people!"
  • "I have a new first place for the best Bloody Mary. Heidi's Bloody Mary is definitely the best I've every had. Perfect flavor and balance. I would have one of these in the evening it's so good. Her mixologist skills are only outweighed be her genuine personality. I'm incredibly impressed!"
  • "Love everything about this place! Has that homey feel, not to upscale but not a hole in the wall. The service was awsome! The food was great! We were sitting at the bar. And they had live music! A rad cover band that slayed it! The Bar Flies i think they were called. Our bartender, Katie, was super cute and sweet, knowledgable, and incredibly talented! Not only an amazing bartender(really kept her sh*t together even when it got super slammed) but has an amazing voice! She got up for a song :D I could go on but think you get the point "
  • "Great atmosphere and awesome service! Wonderful local watering hole to meet up with friends or neighbors, and see live music."

Negative Reviews:

  • "Where do I begin? This place was way understaffed and was totally chaotic. I ordered the fried chicken and it was super dry and the flavor was nothing special. The drinks we ordered were really watered down and not made correctly. Whoever is running this place is running it into the ground. I really wanted to like this place but will never go back and won't be recommending it to anyone."
  • "Food took forever to get. Under staffed with a big benefit. Needed more servers & only 1 bartender."
